Karel Appel retrospective in the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag

I have a large inventory of Karel Appel publications and that is because i have a great admiration for this artist. Finally he receives the retrospective he deserves in the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag. from the 16th of January until the 16th of May 2016. ca. 70 paintings and 50 drawings. Curated by Franz Kaiser.

Until the 18th of Octobre the karel Appel exhibition in the Stedelijk Museum Schiedam can be seen. Karel Appel will become more and more important in the history of dutch art.
Tajiri in the Siebold Huis

Tajiri is possibly the greatest Pop Art artist in the Netherlands in the 60's and 70's. Excellent exhibition now in the Siebold Huis / Leiden until the 29th of November. Please check my large inventory of titles on this fascinating dutch artist.
