Condition: nm . is near mint. This is not the perfect copy, but i would give it 7.5 out of 10 points. the pages are clean, binding is good, but is has some faint water " stains" on the last few pages near the edge of the page. Nothing important, but i must mention this to give the right impression of this copy. This is a rare publication and i believe that not more than 400 copies were distributed and given away. Which makes this extremely hard to find and because of the subject highly important.
