This Bulletin differs in paper choice from the others. Dibbets wanted a mailing that was returned to the gallery so he could connect the dots of all senders together. Paper is lighter in weight than normal .

From 1968 until 1989, Art & Project ( Adriaan van Ravesteijn  and Geert van Beijeren ) published there "Bulletin". The total number was 156 of these bulletin's in a period of  21 years.

These publications have now become quintessential in the history of Modern Art, since many of these were published on the occasion of a gallery exhibition of one of the gallery artists. Artists ( Weiner, LeWitt, Andre and Gilbert & George ao.) designed and filled the bulletins with a special designed item . Making these not only a promotional publication , but also a highly collectable multiple/ exhibition dedicated publication. These Bulletin's were published in an edition of 800 copies, but it is believed that the main part of the edition has been lost, destroyed or thrown away. Making this not only important but also a scarce item.
