In the 50's and 60's the STEDELIJK MUSEUM AMSTERDAM was one of the leading museum publishers in the world. Willem Sandberg and Wim Crouwel designed many of the catalogues which are now appreciated and collected worldwide. In some cases the catalogues were made even more special by including original works of art. This Pierre Alechinsky catalogue for his 1966 print exhibition is one of them. It includes an original Alechinsky lithograph printed by Bramsen & Georges / Paris in 1965. litho measures 16.6 x 10.8 inches adn is the cover of the catalogue.
